Proofs: There is a $3 fee for all proofs which includes revisions. Orders printed exactly as written on order form. Ink color: Available in black or as shown on calling card sample only. Delivery Time: Please allow 8-10 days for us to complete and ship your order however we will make every effort to get it to you sooner if possible. Rush Fee: A rush order can usually be completed within 1-3 business days for a $6 upcharge. If a proof is requested, then 1-3 days from approval of proof. Rush orders must be confirmed by phone (865.525.9491) and overnite shipments received by 2pm (CST). Please Note: Delivery time and rush requests subject to change upon season. Holiday Deadline: To guarantee delivery before Christmas, orders must be received by December 5. Errors: If an error is our fault we’ll gladly redo the job at no charge. Shipping: Regular shipping $3.95 For overnite add an additional $20. For 2nd day add an additional $15. All shipments are sent via Priority Mail. We offer overnite and 2nd day service in addition to regular ground service. Rush orders will incur the rush fee, whether they are shipped by air or ground. All orders are left at the front door if no one is home—Kat in the Hat Designs is not responsible for these packages if damage occurs.
